Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' conditions, including their physical capabilities and treatment goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific recovery needs, employing methods such as exercise, manual therapy, and advanced rehabilitation technologies.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting treatments and outcomes, and adapt treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery paths.
• Provide education and training for patients and their families regarding therapeutic exercises and the use of assistive devices for improved self-care and mobility.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and participating in industry networks to enhance skills and maintain certifications.

Compensation and Benefits
