Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to identify their specific needs and recovery goals.
• Design and implement effective treatment plans using a range of techniques tailored to support individual patient recovery.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and functional training to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Create and promote customized wellness programs that empower patients to take charge of their health and sustain improvements post-rehabilitation.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Foster a motivational environment that encourages patients to adhere to their treatment plans and maintain a positive outlook on their recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position centers on patients recovering from orthopedic issues, including those with musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative orthopedic conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. You will work closely with diverse clients, tailoring your treatment methods to fit their unique circumstances and capabilities. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's Degree or Doctorate highly preferred.
• A current, valid state license as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, specifically dealing with musculoskeletal injuries.
• Strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with patients, family members, and healthcare teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 120,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, our benefits package includes:
