Work Environment

Located in the picturesque Palm Beach Gardens, our facility provides a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere for both patients and staff. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a consistent schedule that promotes work-life balance. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility is equipped with advanced technologies and tools essential for high-quality patient care, enabling you to implement innovative treatment routines tailored to each patient's individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their rehabilitation goals and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using a variety of evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques.
• Administer hands-on therapies and modalities to enhance mobility, relieve pain, and improve functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, ensuring continuity and quality while consulting on complex cases as needed.
• Instruct and motivate patients through exercises and activities designed to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Regularly assess patient progress, modifying treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, wellness strategies, and optimal recovery practices to promote a healthier lifestyle.
• Document patient assessments, evaluations, and progress updates meticulously to maintain accurate medical records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will include a diverse patient population seeking rehabilitation from various orthopedic conditions and musculoskeletal injuries. This ranges from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain management, ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and compassion throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Must possess an accredited Master's Degree or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• Active state license as a Physical Therapist is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, specifically focused on musculoskeletal conditions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with advanced therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and patient assessment tools.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

Impact Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, we provide:
