Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Agile Body Therapy & Home Care, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess the physical abilities and limitations of patients referred by physicians.
• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that are consistent with each patient's prescribed plan of care.
• Providing one-on-one therapeutic interventions to facilitate recovery across a variety of patient conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports injuries.
• Incorporating evidence-based practices into your treatment strategies to maximize patient progress and functional outcomes.
• Offering education and training to patients and caregivers to empower them in the healing process.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and adjustments to therapy plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Actively participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance overall care and coordination for patients.
• Demonstrating exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions with patients and their families.
• Meeting minimum productivity targets in alignment with organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work at Agile Body Therapy will involve treating a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from sports-related injuries, surgeries, chronic pain conditions, and various neurological disorders. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy to practice in Florida.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in computer skills for documentation and treatment planning.
• A demonstrated commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in a clinical setting dealing with a variety of patient demographics, particularly within a rehabilitation facility, is highly advantageous. Familiarity with outcome measurement tools and patient management software can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
