Work Environment

Your workplace will be an onsite, cutting-edge rehabilitation center located in beautiful West Palm Beach, Florida. The facility is equipped with the latest advancements in therapeutic technology and tools. You'll work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a work-life balance that supports your professional and personal commitments. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and patient-centered care, conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans that address each patient's specific needs.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, ensuring that patients receive the optimal amount of time and attention to facilitate their recovery journey.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to implement best practices, utilizing a variety of techniques to enhance function and mobility.
• Employ evidence-based interventions and cost-effective treatments designed to promote restoration of motion while minimizing reliance on medications and surgical procedures.
• Dedicate time to create comprehensive fitness and wellness programs that align with the patients' goals, encouraging their engagement and commitment to physical health.
• Motivate and support patients through their rehabilitation process, adjusting treatment based on their progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and patient success.
• Document patient progress meticulously, using EMR software such as WebPT to ensure accurate records and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on outpatient clients, including athletes of all levels, post-operative patients, and individuals seeking rehabilitation after injury. The diversity of our patient base allows for rich professional experiences and opportunities to apply a variety of treatment modalities. You will be instrumental in creating a path to recovery that resonates with each patient's lifestyle and aspirations.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Possession of an active and unblemished Physical Therapist license, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, for documentation and patient management.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary physical therapy practices grounded in clinical research.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient or sports medicine-focused facility is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of successfully implementing therapy and rehabilitation plans for diverse patients.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and treatment techniques to address a broad range of conditions and patient profiles.

Compensation and Benefits
