Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, carefully reviewing their medical histories and current physical conditions to develop tailored treatment strategies.
• Create individualized treatment plans that address the specific goals and needs of each patient, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Implement targeted therapeutic exercises and activities that promote improvements in mobility, strength, and overall physical function, ensuring to incorporate evidence-based techniques.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques, including trigger point therapy and dry needling, to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and facilitate overall healing.
• Provide education on proper body mechanics and at-home exercises, empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient treatment, progress, and outcomes according to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation aides, to provide coordinated care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
