Happy Body Therapy is seeking a passionate and licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at our West Palm Beach, Florida rehabilitation facility. You will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in West Palm Beach, Florida. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Happy Body Therapy, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough consultations with patients to assess their physical conditions and symptoms, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunctions and creating individualized treatment plans to facilitate recovery and rehabilitation.
• Educating patients on proper therapeutic exercise techniques to enhance their physical abilities and promote safe practices.
• Administering therapies such as stimulation, massage, and manual techniques to promote healing and improve functionality.
• Assisting patients in the use of rehabilitation equipment, including wheelchairs and walkers, ensuring they feel supported and confident.
• Maintaining meticulous patient records and tracking progress towards treatment goals, promoting continuity of care.
• Providing guidance and resources to patients and their families regarding in-home treatment exercises and strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population ranges from children to seniors and includes individuals with various diagnoses, including orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. You will have the opportunity to implement tailored treatment plans that address specific patient challenges while contributing positively to their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills necessary for documentation and record-keeping.
• A flexible approach to practice that allows agility in responding to the individual needs of patients.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory. We welcome new graduates who are eager to develop their skills through our mentorship program, providing the groundwork for a rewarding career in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
