Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate each patient's health status and physical capabilities through comprehensive physical examinations and diagnostic tests to develop robust, individualized treatment plans.
• Implement hands-on therapy, which may include manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the use of modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Monitor and document patient progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans based on responses to therapy and aligned with established rehabilitation goals.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic processes, home exercise regimens, and preventative care strategies to enhance their overall wellness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to create cohesive care plans and facilitate effective communication regarding patient progress.
