Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing medical histories and performing comprehensive physical assessments to identify specific needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Create and document individualized treatment plans focusing on patient goals, utilizing evidence-based therapies and techniques to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facility protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Engage patients and their families in the rehabilitation process, providing education and support to empower them in achieving their recovery objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in physical therapy practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from surgical procedures, managing chronic conditions, or rehabilitating from sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory; additional qualifications such as a Master's or Doctorate degree are welcomed.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year , commensurate with experience and skill level.
