Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities, medical histories, and functional limitations, creating tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implement effective rehabilitation interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional performance.
• Educate patients and their families on managing conditions, preventing injuries, and promoting healthy lifestyles to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Stay informed about the latest advances in physical therapy research, techniques, and equipment to continuously refine your practice and treatment approaches.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and actively participate in maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards to uphold the highest level of care.

Our facility serves a diverse patient population, including post-operative patients, individuals recovering from sports injuries, and those with chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred.

• A demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, managing multiple cases efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year , based on your experience and caseload management. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
