Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at relieving pain, restoring functionality, and promoting healing for patients with temporary or long-term disabilities.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Document patient care history and maintain accurate records per company policy and state/federal regulations.
• Implement and modify treatment strategies based on patient progress and feedback, adhering to established plans of care.
• Provide education and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers about treatment procedures, exercises, and home care modifications.
• Monitor and log patient responses to interventions, making necessary adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
• Complete all required paperwork, forms, and documentation promptly and accurately.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The physical therapist will work closely with a diverse client population, including elderly individuals, post-surgical patients, and those with chronic mobility issues. Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, which may vary based on your experience and caseload requirements.
