Work Environment

This role is centered around home care, meaning you will provide therapy within patients' residences in the Jupiter area and neighboring communities. The position entails direct engagement with patients in a familiar and comfortable setting, enabling you to closely assess their progress and adapt treatment as necessary. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the needs and capabilities of patients, including identifying the level of acuity of their orthopedic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans based on initial assessments, patient goals, and best practices in the industry.
• Implement and direct therapeutic interventions, utilizing advanced techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Maintain open lines of communication with patients and relevant stakeholders, including family members and healthcare providers, to report on progress, challenges, and needs for home exercise programs.
• Regularly document and update patient records in compliance with organizational protocols and state regulations, ensuring accurate tracking of patient progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily caters to individuals recovering from a variety of orthopedic surgeries or injuries. Common conditions treated include post-operative rehabilitation (e.g., knee or hip replacements), sports injuries, fractures, and general musculoskeletal concerns. Our holistic approach emphasizes patient engagement, active participation in their recovery, and the promotion of long-term health maintenance.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in physical therapy, with direct specialization in orthopedics being highly advantageous.
• Strong capability to work autonomously while also being an active member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• A demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with home care settings and familiarity with community-based resources.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
