Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' needs for orthopedic physical therapy.
• Develop detailed and individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician care directives and established protocols.
• Provide high-quality treatment including functional exercises, manual therapy techniques, and education on home care methods.
• Lead patient sessions focusing on recovery, pain management, and improving functional capabilities.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, offering guidance on treatment options to be performed at home.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure seamless information sharing among the multidisciplinary team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• A valid Florida state Physical Therapy license.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in an outpatient setting.
• Current certifications in First Aid, AED, and CPR.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
• Demonstrated ability to assess diverse health conditions and create effective intervention strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
