Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including exercise prescription, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education to enhance recovery.
• Regularly document treatment sessions, patient responses, and progress in accordance with regulatory standards and practice guidelines.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals effectively.
• Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics, rehabilitation exercises, and strategies for pain management.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and other healthcare team members about assistive devices and therapy-related procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on advancements in physical therapy through workshops, publications, and professional networking.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
