Vitality Restore Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in beautiful West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing exceptional, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population within our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center.

Work Environment

Located in the heart of West Palm Beach, our Rehabilitation Center offers an inviting and modern atmosphere that emphasizes healing and recovery. The physical therapist's schedule is Monday through Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the therapeutic care process for a caseload of patients, ensuring alignment with both physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving specified recovery goals.
• Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions and direct patient treatments in accordance with best practices and legal guidelines.
• Evaluate patients' therapeutic status and functional abilities, actively contributing to and refining the overall care plan.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and procedures to enhance patient outcomes and facilitate recovery.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation strategies, exercises, and the use of therapeutic equipment to ensure continuity of care outside of clinical sessions.
• Manage caseload priorities effectively, ensuring adequate staffing and seamless transitions of care within the team.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• A valid Physical Therapy license to practice in the state of Florida.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be acquired within 30 days after the employment start date.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in a physical therapy setting, though motivated new graduates may also be considered.
• Experience with both adult and pediatric patient populations is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
