Gentle Motion Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. This role is based in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. Work Environment

The work setting for this position is onsite at our rehabilitation facility, where you will engage directly with patients in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including reviewing patient history, performing assessments, and formulating appropriate treatment recommendations.

• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans clearly to both patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in goal setting and progress tracking.

• Implement individualized treatment protocols that are informed by patient evaluations and adapt these protocols based on the patient's evolving health status.

• Engage in regular consultation with other healthcare professionals as needed, documenting any changes in patients' conditions that may require modifications to their care plans.

• Oversee appropriate discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring all documentation accurately reflects patient care activities, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge evaluations.

• Meet productivity expectations while demonstrating effective time management skills and maintaining an accurate schedule for patient appointments.

• Contribute to departmental objectives and comply with all governmental and accreditation regulations, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

• Promote a positive patient experience by providing adaptable and flexible access to care.

• Participate in marketing initiatives that aim to improve community access to rehabilitation services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist with Gentle Motion, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain issues. You will develop treatment plans based on specific patient needs and recovery goals, ensuring that each individual receives the personalized care necessary for optimal recovery and rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current license to practice as a physical therapist in Florida.

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably in outpatient rehabilitation.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus, as it aids in maintaining accurate patient documentation and streamlining workflows.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
