Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess each patient's physical capabilities and limitations, analyzing historical health information to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop and communicate tailored treatment plans to patients and their families, remaining focused on the inclusion of patient input and preferences in the goal-setting process.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols proactively, adjusting interventions based on patient progress and the evolving standards of care in the healthcare field.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, ensuring continuity of care and early recognition of changes in patients' conditions that may necessitate treatment modifications.
• Oversee discharge planning and follow-up care, meticulously documenting every aspect of patient interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to maintain compliance and optimize care trajectories.
• Manage your schedule efficiently by prioritizing daily tasks, ensuring timely attendance at meetings, and understanding the significance of productivity metrics in a clinical setting.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse range of patients requiring rehabilitation services, including those recovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions, or sustaining injuries. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy as required by Florida regulations.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Preferred Experience
