Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including a detailed assessment of their medical history, physical condition, and functional limitations.
• Document all treatment plans, patient progress, and outcomes meticulously, adhering to industry regulations and organizational standards.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that directly address patients' individual needs and recovery goals.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses—to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities to improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance the overall quality of life for patients.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, safety tips, and best practices to maintain progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress closely and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on responsiveness and outcomes.

Qualifications
