Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and re-evaluations, utilizing clinical expertise to interpret results and develop appropriate treatment plans within the legal limits of licensure.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and data collection to support effective interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to discuss patient histories, treatment protocols, and variations in patient needs for comprehensive care.
• Utilize advanced skills and knowledge to treat patients with complex medical diagnoses while being mindful of contraindications and necessary precautions.
• Design and implement innovative treatment programs tailored to diverse patient populations, including orthopedic, neurological, geriatric, and pediatric cases.
• Manage clinical outcomes proactively, identifying outlier cases and addressing them with appropriate therapeutic interventions in conjunction with fellow therapists.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population ranges from athletes requiring rehabilitation from injuries to elderly patients needing assistance with mobility and daily activities. Qualifications

• A valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

• Continuing education or specialization in manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or pediatric therapy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and caseload.
