Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical condition utilizing advanced evaluation techniques and diagnostic tools.
• Create, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each patient, consistently evaluating their progress and adjusting as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists in a multidisciplinary setting to develop and execute holistic treatment strategies.
• Deliver hands-on orthopedic physical therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote pain relief and enhance mobility.
• Educate patients and their families about effective strategies for injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-management techniques to encourage long-term recovery.
• Document all interactions and progress in accordance with legal and insurance requirements, ensuring the highest standard of patient care throughout.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adults and seniors recovering from a variety of orthopedic injuries, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and degenerative conditions such as arthritis. Our focus on personalized care means that you will have the opportunity to understand each patient's unique journey, enabling tailored treatments that promote recovery and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
