Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical workflows to enhance patient intake, manage referrals, and ensure effective scheduling that maximizes therapist availability.
• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans that emphasize early intervention, conducting same-day evaluations for new patients.
• Foster a professional and collaborative work environment, encouraging team participation to improve service quality and patient safety.
• Engage with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to pinpoint opportunities for clinical improvements and to implement best practices across the facility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through regular communication and engagement initiatives.
• Utilize various clinical systems to maintain accurate and thorough documentation, manage coding for billing purposes, and follow through on patient care orders.
• Ensure compliance with the Florida State Practice Act and other relevant regulations governing physical therapy at the state level.
• Drive patient satisfaction metrics and continually work to enhance the overall patient experience.
• Consistently adhere to standards set forth by the Physical Therapy Guidebook, ensuring every patient visit meets exemplary benchmarks.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and work collaboratively with staff therapists to manage outlier cases effectively.

The patients you will serve range from those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and neurological disorders to individuals seeking rehabilitation from strokes or other debilitating conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida.

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, displaying tact, empathy, and professionalism at all times.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation setting and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems can enhance your effectiveness in this role. • Annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
