Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, identifying their physical limitations, pain levels, and rehabilitation goals to devise personalized treatment plans.
• Implement effective treatment modalities utilizing advanced manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and state-of-the-art equipment to enhance rehabilitation processes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and at-home exercises to facilitate recovery outside of therapy sessions.
• Maintain clear and supportive communication with patients, addressing any concerns and providing updates on progress regularly.
• Document patient care activities in accordance with compliance standards and organizational policies, ensuring accuracy and availability of patient records.
• Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to enhance patient care strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
