Comfort Care Physical Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our expert team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and collaboratively set achievable rehabilitation goals.
• Create personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices that address each individual's functional needs and lifestyle preferences.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and exercise techniques to maximize patient outcomes, improving motion, mobility, and overall physical function.
• Design and implement customized fitness and wellness programs aimed at encouraging long-term health benefits.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population at our rehabilitation center primarily includes individuals suffering from orthopedic injuries, postoperative conditions, and chronic pain issues. As a Physical Therapist with us, you will be responsible for addressing both the physical and emotional needs of our patients, helping them regain independence and improve their daily functioning.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. (A Master's or Doctorate is preferable).
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, emphasizing orthopedics.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across a diverse patient demographic.
• Collaboration skills to work harmoniously with team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest treatment techniques and methodologies relevant to physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting, particularly with post-surgical patients.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position is competitive, offering an annual salary range of $90,000 to $120,000.
