Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on restorative techniques to enhance physical mobility and function.
• Create a professional and collaborative working environment that promotes teamwork and exceptional patient outcomes.
• Engage with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify and implement clinical improvement opportunities.
• Maintain effective communication with employers, referral sources, and payer groups to optimize patient care and build strong collaborations.
• Utilize clinical documentation systems effectively to ensure accurate coding, charge capture, and compliance with therapy orders.
• Ensure adherence to the Florida State Practice Act, Rules and Regulations, as well as Workers' Compensation regulations.
• Drive patient satisfaction metrics by ensuring a high-quality therapeutic experience and addressing patient needs proactively.
• Demonstrate comprehensive adherence to the Physical Therapy Guidebook and conduct the Perfect PT visit to enhance patient interactions.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, discuss challenging cases with staff therapists, and implement strategies for improvement.
• Facilitate clinical workflows to streamline patient capture, referral processing, and scheduling for maximum efficiency.
• Execute therapy plans with a focus on early intervention and same-day evaluations, providing timely care to foster quicker recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, traumatic injuries, and chronic diseases. Your role will require sensitivity and empathy, as many patients depend on your expertise to regain their independence. Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional customer service abilities, demonstrating professionalism and tact in all communications.

Preferred Experience
