Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, integrating their unique goals and circumstances into personalized treatment plans that promote faster recovery.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to design and implement effective therapy interventions aimed at restoring mobility, improving strength, and enhancing overall quality of life.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention strategies, and at-home care routines that support their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring that patients receive a holistic approach to their rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population suffering from various orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain issues, and age-related mobility challenges. By tailoring treatments to individual needs, you will empower your patients to return to their daily activities and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Hold an active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a minimum of two years of clinical experience in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients from varied backgrounds and life experiences.
• A strong foundation in current treatment practices, alongside a commitment to maintaining professional development through ongoing education and training.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000, which reflects the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
