Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' goals and needs, developing tailored care plans that involve varied treatment techniques.
• Implement and monitor evidence-based interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Create customized fitness and wellness programs that address the unique needs of individual patients, incorporating functional activities that expedite recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients suffering from a variety of orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain syndromes. Your ability to relate to and adapt your approach to different personality types will be crucial in effectively motivating and guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current, active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in orthopedic rehabilitation, focusing on patients with musculoskeletal disorders.
• Extensive experience in patient assessments, treatment planning, and direct intervention strategies aimed at improving patient outcomes.
