Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their physical condition, mobility restrictions, and functional capabilities.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with patients' specific needs and recovery objectives.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in your treatment methodologies, ensuring the application of the latest rehabilitation techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes based on fluctuating needs and responses to therapy.
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Educate patients and their families on effective self-care, home exercise routines, and lifestyle adjustments to enhance recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to provide insights on patient care and contribute to overall treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Core Strength, you will care for a diverse range of patients, from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults recuperating from surgeries such as joint replacements. Your expertise will aid individuals with various orthopedic conditions, including fractures, sprains, and chronic pain disorders, enabling them to regain mobility, improve strength, and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A valid state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills, along with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience or specialization in orthopedic physical therapy preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience.
