The role of the Physical Therapist is conducted onsite within our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their individual physical therapy needs and establish a baseline for treatment.
• Develop and implement detailed, personalized treatment plans that address specific patient goals, utilizing various therapeutic modalities and hands-on techniques.
• Employ clinical expertise to perform manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescriptions, and all necessary modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
• Facilitate active and open communication with patients and their families regarding treatment goals, home exercise programs, and any concerns throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to discuss patient needs, share insights, and create a unified approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will primarily work with patients suffering from a range of orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and mobility issues resulting from accidents. You will be empowered to support patients of various ages and backgrounds, providing tailored interventions to facilitate healing and restore functionality.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• At least three years of experience in physical therapy, ideally with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong patient rapport and maintain a high standard of patient care.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documenting patient care and managing treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
