Rehab Innovate PT Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at our outpatient facility located in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' physical therapy needs, setting personalized treatment goals and objectives.
• Manage a case load effectively, allowing for one-on-one sessions tailored to the needs of each patient.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment protocols to improve patients' range of motion, strength, and overall mobility.
• Develop and administer individualized care plans involving various treatment techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and resources to patients regarding lifestyle modifications and wellness strategies to promote long-term health.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, consultants, and staff to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient management.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on effective treatment strategies based on clinical experiences.
• Maintain updated patient records using EMR software, specifically WebPT, to ensure efficient documentation of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient base primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As a physical therapist at our clinic, you will engage with a wide range of patients, from young athletes seeking to return to competition to older adults focused on maintaining their independence and mobility. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with preference afforded to candidates holding a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A current and valid state license as a Physical Therapist must be maintained, demonstrating compliance with all professional regulatory standards.
• An unblemished professional record with no past board or disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and the implementation of therapeutic exercise protocols.
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT, is essential for efficient patient management.

Preferred Experience

• A proven track record of providing physical therapy services in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your skills and dedication, we offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000.
