Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess and analyze the physical performance and functional capabilities of each patient based on their unique needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are both effective and tailored to address specific orthopedic conditions, ensuring to communicate these plans with the patient and their families.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including but not limited to manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education strategies.
• Regularly re-evaluate treatment plans and progress towards goals, modifying them based on patient responses and changes in their condition.
• Ensure thorough documentation in compliance with industry standards, maintaining accurate records of patient progress and billing for services rendered.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and holistic care approaches, integrating feedback from colleagues and healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and their families on health management strategies, emphasizing home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery and prevent further injury.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
