Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations of patients to establish their physical capabilities and limitations, create a comprehensive plan of care tailored to each individual.
• Oversee and apply a variety of therapeutic techniques, ensuring the implementation of evidence-based practice for orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on objective data collected through advanced software tools.
• Prepare clear and thorough documentation of evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries, maintaining compliance with department policies.
• Work directly with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions.
• Provide patient education on exercises, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery and prevent future injuries.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals with orthopedic injuries, postoperative recovery needs, and neurologic diagnoses. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited physical therapy program.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Healthcare Provider certification.

Compensation and Benefits
