Work Environment

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will work onsite in a well-equipped rehabilitation facility. The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, promoting teamwork among healthcare professionals who are committed to patient care. Our state-of-the-art treatment rooms and rehabilitation equipment are designed to foster recovery and rehabilitation while ensuring patient comfort. You will operate within a schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to identify their functional limitations and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific patient goals, enhancing mobility and alleviating discomfort.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and educational interventions to achieve the best patient outcomes.
• Guide patients through prescribed exercises, ensuring they understand the benefits and proper techniques while monitoring their progress closely.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting care plans as necessary based on patient feedback and clinical observations.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure a cohesive approach to patient rehabilitation and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on patients dealing with musculoskeletal conditions and orthopedic injuries. Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for the Orthopedic Physical Therapist position ranges between USD 90,000 and 120,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and experience in the field.
