Work Environment

Located in sunny Coral Springs, our practice operates in a state-of-the-art outpatient facility designed to create a soothing and conducive environment for recovery. Our hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work life. We maintain a low-volume caseload to give our therapists ample time to engage with each patient. This setting is ideal for those looking to enhance their clinical skills while focusing on comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations for new patients, assessing their physical capabilities and limitations to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Implement hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy and movement-based rehabilitation strategies, to facilitate patient progress.
• Modify treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress reports, ensuring that care remains effective and responsive to evolving needs.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously in our practice management system, adhering to compliance and quality assurance standards.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to establish a multidisciplinary approach to care, enhancing treatment effectiveness across specialties.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve service delivery and therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at our Coral Springs clinic, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our diverse client base includes individuals of all ages seeking to restore function and improve their quality of life. Your approach will be patient-specific and empathetic, allowing you to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship that encourages active participation in the rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) preferred.
• An active license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Florida.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to foster a welcoming and collaborative environment.
• Dedication to continued professional development and learning new therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years' experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of patient assessments and treatment methodologies.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software is advantageous.
• Background in modalities such as Kinesiotaping or Functional Dry Needling is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
