Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address both acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide direct clinical support by administering therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Instruct and educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective home exercise programs and self-management strategies.
• Closely monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment interventions as necessary to maximize recovery potential.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, ethical standards, and facility protocols, maintaining accurate patient records and care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care for our patients.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying updated with the latest evidence-based practices and methodologies in physical therapy.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload management.
