Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess functional limitations, analyze medical history, and establish comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement individualized treatment regimens for patients, utilizing therapeutic exercises, modalities, and hands-on techniques to address specific rehabilitation goals.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to optimize patient care, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a client base of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Your expertise will not only assist patients in regaining physical function but also inspire them to achieve their rehabilitation goals, thereby improving their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.

• A minimum of two years of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

• Experience utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
