Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify patients' physical goals and requirements, ensuring a personalized treatment approach.
• Manage a focused patient caseload, typically seeing one patient per hour, allowing for thorough engagement and care.
• Implement effective treatment strategies that aim to improve clients' range of motion and overall mobility, with a focus on safe and evidence-based interventions.
• Aim to reduce patients' reliance on medications, exploring alternative treatments to surgeries through effective rehabilitation techniques.
• Develop and document comprehensive care plans that utilize diverse therapeutic techniques and patient-specific regimes.
• Design bespoke fitness and wellness programs that cater to individual patient needs, encouraging healthy lifestyle modifications.
• Motivate and inspire patients during their rehabilitation journeys to enhance their functional capabilities and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with fellow team members and consult with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment and comprehensive care.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes to monitor progress and adjust care plans as necessary, ensuring transparent communication with patients.
• Maintain precise documentation of all patient interactions and therapy sessions, adhering to best practices and compliance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and conditions. Your interventions will cater to a diverse patient demographic, ranging from athletes seeking quick rehabilitation to senior adults focusing on mobility and pain management. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A clean professional record, free of any board or disciplinary actions against the license.
• Demonstrable proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a strong understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Exceptional skills in developing and implementing effective exercise protocols tailored to patient needs.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, especially WebPT, to facilitate accurate documentation and care management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• A background in developing personalized treatment plans and utilizing creative therapeutic methodologies.
• Experience in mentorship or training of junior staff or students is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
