Empower Concierge Rehab and PT is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Greenacres, Florida. Work Environment

This position is designed to be an onsite role, allowing you to engage directly with patients in their homes, which is our primary care setting. This home care approach helps create a comfortable environment for rehabilitation, making it easier for patients to integrate therapy into their daily lives. Our working hours are flexible, typically Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess each patient's physical condition and rehabilitation needs, setting clear, achievable goals for recovery.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to promote optimal recovery.
• Implement and demonstrate appropriate therapeutic exercises and modalities while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Provide ongoing patient education to foster understanding of their conditions and promote adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with referring physicians, Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and other healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care.
• Keep meticulous records of patient progress, treatment alterations, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Create an encouraging and motivating rehabilitation atmosphere that inspires patients to actively participate in their recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The outpatient setting caters to a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from surgical procedures, managing chronic pain, and rehabilitating after sports injuries or accidents. Each patient's treatment plan is crafted with their unique life circumstances and therapeutic goals in mind, reinforcing our commitment to personalized care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, or be eligible for licensure.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with team members.
• A genuine passion for patient care, with a desire to remain updated on best practices through continual professional development.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of outpatient clinical experience is preferred; however, enthusiastic new graduates with a desire to learn will also be considered, with mentorship opportunities provided.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role is competitive, ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer performance bonuses and an incentive pay structure that rewards exceptional service.
