Work Environment

As an Onsite Physical Therapist, you will work directly with patients in their home environments, providing a unique and effective approach to therapy. Your typical workweek will run Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced lifestyle while maximizing your impact during the day. Our facility is equipped with the latest tools and technologies to support hands-on therapy and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with 1–2 patients per hour, ensuring effective, focused attention to each individual.
• Administer comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• Utilize active therapy methods, hands-on techniques, and patient education to optimize recovery and maintain engagement.
• Continuously measure patient progress, adapt therapy plans as necessary, and document all care accurately in line with our organizational standards.
• Engage with patients and their families to educate them about best practices in recovery and ongoing health maintenance post-therapy.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
