Key Responsibilities

• Develop tailored treatment and care plans for each patient, utilizing evidence-based practices to address their unique physical challenges.
• Communicate effectively with patients, explaining treatment objectives, methods, and progress, and adapting plans based on patient feedback and needs.
• Administer hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other modalities to facilitate recovery and enhance mobility.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress in compliance with health regulations and contribute to ongoing assessments to ensure continuous improvement in therapy practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing insights and updates that enhance overall patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients range from individuals recovering from surgical procedures to those dealing with chronic pain or mobility challenges associated with conditions such as arthritis, stroke, or injury. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
