• Conduct both routine and advanced laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-while adhering to established protocols to ensure the highest quality results.
• Assess test outcomes for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Keep detailed records of all procedures, take the lead in training new team members, and contribute to upholding laboratory quality assurance standards.
• Cultivate a pristine and safe working environment by strictly following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree paired with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification status throughout your tenure.
