On-Call Hospice RN: Triage, Care Plans & Family Support

Ohio Living Village Home Health & Hospice is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse to respond to clinical and non-clinical situations after hours. You will assess patients, triage calls, and provide skilled nursing care to hospice and home health patients and families to meet the plan of care. This role emphasizes timely communication, adherence to standards, and collaboration with the Hospice and Home Health teams.
