Key Responsibilities Support client accounts throughout the sales process Prepare quotes, pricing sheets, and sales orders Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Track order details, timelines, and customer requirements Maintain reports, dashboards, and account documentation Assist with client presentations, sales materials, and follow-up communications Manage multiple projects while ensuring a high level of accuracy Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Account Coordination, Client Services, or a related role Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Experience managing orders, pricing, and project details Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
