Senior Payroll & Benefits Manager - Multi-State Equity
Trinity Capital Inc.
Trinity Capital Inc. is seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to lead payroll and benefits administration for over 100 employees across multiple states. You will manage bi-monthly and off-cycle payrolls, including equity vesting events, and oversee open enrollment and 401(k) programs with Fidelity. You will partner with Finance and HR to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls, maintaining confidential employee data while driving efficient processes and #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Capital Inc.
