Bakery Sous Chef Duties Uphold and exceed expectations of all food quality, sanitation, and brand standards Train, coach, and lead team to be the best every day Take over responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Chef Able to collaborate with the service team to create unique experiences Bakery Sous Chef Requirements Culinary degree from an accredited culinary institute 2+ years of leadership experience in culinary management in an all- scratch kitchen Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate the team Experience in a private club, fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale freestanding restaurant preferred Keen attention to detail and must be a great baker Good tenure and professional appearance and demeanor Bakery Sous Chef Benefits Base salary ranges between $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 Stability, training, and growth potential Health insurance, 401k (match) Great benefits package plus bonus Relocation assistance Vacation, personal days, sick days Short and Long-Term Disability Education allowance/ tuition reimbursement Career growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
