Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices and adapt them as necessary based on client progress and feedback.
• Facilitate individual, couple, or family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic relationships by engaging clients in goal-setting and providing ongoing support throughout their wellness journey.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress while adhering to state and federal regulations regarding confidentiality and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and empathy in virtual counseling environments.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities to handle a full caseload effectively.
• Proficient in the use of telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in virtual therapy settings or familiarity with teletherapy best practices is highly desirable.
• Specialized training in therapeutic methods such as trauma-informed care, play therapy, or mindfulness-based interventions.
• Demonstrated success in supporting clients with chronic mental health conditions or complex histories.
