Watters International Realty is a multi-market Texas brokerage serving Austin, San Antonio, DFW, and Killeen-Temple-Waco. We provide qualified agents with practical support, including leads, 10-12 booked listing appointments per month, and an active Income Guarantee program, to help them build a more consistent seller-focused business. - Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: Commission pay ($60,000 - $100,000+ annually)
- Benefits: Flexible schedule
- Schedule: Self-determined
- Work Location: Multiple locations in Texas: Austin, Dallas/DFW, San Antonio, and Killeen-Temple-Waco.
- Relocation: Licensed agents relocating to any Watters market are welcome to apply; opportunities are routed to the appropriate local market
