ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2026, and we're excited to be building a team and culture from the ground up. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm Team Member and completed the Aspirant Program, which gave me the opportunity to learn the business, develop my leadership skills, and prepare for agency ownership.

I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas and enjoy traveling whenever I get the chance. I'm also a big sports fan, especially when it comes to Dallas teams. Being involved in the local community is important to me, and I enjoy finding ways to connect with and support the people we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Garrett Stanley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
