Our agency opened in 2026, and we're excited to be building a team and culture from the ground up. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm Team Member and completed the Aspirant Program, which gave me the opportunity to learn the business, develop my leadership skills, and prepare for agency ownership. I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas and enjoy traveling whenever I get the chance. I'm also a big sports fan, especially when it comes to Dallas teams. Being involved in the local community is important to me, and I enjoy finding ways to connect with and support the people we serve. Culture is one of my top priorities. I believe people perform at their best when they enjoy where they work, feel supported by their team, and have opportunities to grow. While we work hard and hold ourselves accountable, we also want our office to be a place where people enjoy coming to work every day. I'm looking for individuals who are hardworking, competitive, and enjoy being part of a team. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Garrett Stanley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
