You'll get to:Work closely with shipping team, customer service, production, and other support departments to ensure product is delivered on time and efficiently to the customerWork with carriers, freight forwarders, custom brokers, and international distributors to plan and execute shipments in a timely, accurate, and efficient mannerProcess all international documentation for import & export shipments, which may include, but is not limited to, commercial invoice, shippers export declaration, certificate of origin, shippers' letter of instruction to meet all applicable federal and international lawsLoad plan and select carriers based on established practicesKeep internal customers informed of shipment status and provide timely response to shipment inquiriesFile and maintain records related to inventory, shipments, or other departmental needsMaintain reports as requestedPrepare and enter bill of lading manifests and shipping documents for domestic and international shipmentsWarehouse operations responsibilities including, but not limited to, cycle counting, inventory control projects, and day to day operationsIdentify, communicate, and solve problems found within the supply chain between production and end customerAudit shipments and related documents for accuracyThe Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
