Accounting CoordinatorLocation: Allentown, PA Type: 4 month Contract Compensation: $25.00 Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite and 3 days remote Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PMResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain sales orders, ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, due dates, shipping information, and financial codingCreate customer quotations and maintain supporting documentationTrack customer pricing, exceptions, and related reporting activitiesAssist with overtime billing, storage billing, and other customer invoicing activitiesCreate and maintain financial tracking sheets and project documentation using Smartsheet and Microsoft ExcelCoordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and order processingMonitor and update project records, financial trackers, and customer documentationSupport Order Management and Project teams with administrative tasks and reportingAttend meetings related to project billing and financial trackingContribute to process improvement initiatives and support special projects as neededRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong math and analytical abilities, including working with percentages, ratios, pricing, and financial dataExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and WordStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitudeSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
